2 room apartment in Malmö

I am subletting my apartment from mid-June or July 1st until the end of October 2026. The apartment is on the 5th floor with a balcony and an elevator, a 3-minute walk to the nearest bus stop (Värnhem) and a 10-minute bike ride to the city. The apartment can be rented either partially furnished or unfurnished, the only requirement is that it is emptied upon moving out. 1 month's deposit & rent 9600 SEK/month with internet included.
