Hi, I have a furnished room for rent. The apartment is large, 70 square meters, and everything is renovated, almost like brand new, including a new refrigerator, washing machine, tumble dryer, and so on. The rent, plus internet and electricity, is 5,000 SEK. The balcony is available, and it takes about one minute from the apartment to the train station and 20 minutes to the city center. I live alone.
