12 m² room in Malmö

My room will become available at the end of September, and I’m looking for a student to take it over! I’ve lived there for two years and commuted to CBS. It’s 3 minutes from Triangeln by bus and a 15-minute walk away. There is a Malmö by Bike station right outside the apartment and a bus stop 3 minutes away. The rent will be SEK 4,200 per month, and you will share the apartment with the landlord, who often works late evenings. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, and the room comes furnished, etc.
