I’ve grown tired of living alone, so I’m renting out a room in my 2-room (51 m2) apartment. The apartment is in Gamlestan, a 7-minute walk from SKF and a 10-minute walk from Gamlestads torg. The rent is 4,500 and everything is included (electricity, broadband, furniture). One month’s rent as a deposit. Move-in anytime! I’m looking for someone who is a non-smoker, has no pets, and has a steady income. Students or similar are welcome.
