In the southern part of the campus area lies the Universitetet block, which consists of 494 apartments. The buildings are 4–5 storeys tall with elevators, and the apartments are 1–2 rooms with a kitchenette. The area is surrounded by lovely green spaces and is a stone's throw from the Teleborg nature reserve and Lake Trummen. Everything on the campus is within comfortable walking distance.
