About Gasverksgatan 3 This is an older building where, in 2021, we carried out a plumbing renovation of 26 apartments. For the tenants this meant new kitchens and bathrooms with the option to choose between two different standards. The building was constructed in 1930 and was rebuilt in the 1970s, but the original features have been preserved nicely.
