1 room apartment in Uppsala

Hello! A guy and a girl live in a large 3-room apartment and are going to rent out a room. I have a private bathroom and will not share it. The room can be rented furnished or unfurnished. Furniture: sofa, desk and chair. Included in the rent: furniture, electricity, water, heating and internet. There is the possibility of street parking for 400 kr if needed. The rent is 3400 kr. Service fee for the tenant: 168 kr
