Renting out two rooms: one is about 10 m² and the other about 15 m², with common areas of about 20 m² such as a kitchenette, corridor and entrance hall. The smaller room costs 3,000 SEK and the slightly larger 3,500 SEK, or if you rent the whole section with two rooms, a hall and kitchenette with bathroom, 6,500 SEK. You share the kitchenette (stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer) and the bathroom with the other tenant.
