I'm renting out 1 room in my apartment. The apartment is very clean and quiet, good for a student, and very close to a supermarket. It's 8 to 10 minutes by bus to the city center; the bus stop is a 4-minute walk away. Two people are currently living in the apartment. Service fee for the tenant: 272.
