Hello! We have a rental unit in a split-level villa in Bergsbrunna, about 7 km from central Uppsala. Completely newly renovated, first rental after a water damage. We have two rooms of about 8–10 sqm each. Tenants in these rooms share the kitchen, toilet, shower and laundry room. There is a separate entrance to the rental unit. The rooms are rented furnished.
