1 room apartment in Umeå

I am renting out my apartment in Tomtebo from March 21 to May 30 due to an internship elsewhere. The apartment is a one-room with a sleeping alcove, 33 square meters, and is rented furnished. The nearest bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. By bus it is 10 minutes to the university and 20 minutes to town. The rent is 6,000 SEK and everything is included.
