I am subletting my primary one-room apartment (43 m²) at ÖK in Haga for one year, with good chances of extension and for you to take over my primary lease afterwards. The monthly rent is 5,473 SEK/month (+350 SEK/month for a parking space with an electrical outlet), and water is included. It is located roughly midway between the restaurant ÖK and Ruccola Haga.
