1 room apartment in Sundsvall

Do you need overnight accommodation centrally located in Sundsvall? I am renting out a nice furnished studio apartment from April 30th to July 31st, with a possible extension. The apartment is within walking distance to the city center, Västra station, Mid Sweden University, and the Central Station. The rent includes household electricity, cable TV (basic package), internet, and possible parking. I may possibly, in consultation with the tenant, need access to it for viewings since the apartment is up for sale. Service fee for tenant: 327
