1 room apartment in Sundsvall

We are a housing cooperative on Storgatan/Rektorsgatan that has six rental apartments in our building. They were completed in July 2020, with underfloor heating and large tiled bathrooms. The building is a stone’s throw from Sundsvall city centre and 5 minutes from Mid Sweden University. Bus stops are on the street above the building. We now have a vacant 21 m² apartment located at lower ground level (souterrain), with a 2.40 m ceiling height and windows.
