FIRST-HAND LEASE CONTRACT TO BE TRANSFERRED! I would like to transfer my first-hand lease contract. My apartment is 30 square meters and is located in Hägerstensåsen, five minutes from the red line metro station. It is a one-room apartment on the second floor. The requirement is that you are a student. The rent is SEK 9,350, and there is a bicycle storage room as well as a regular storage room of a good size.
