Fantastic cozy and well-planned apartment located right in the middle of the popular Nytorget. It's hard to find a better location. The bathroom is completely newly renovated, completed by 10/1/2025. The apartment is in consistently good condition and gives the feeling of a large hotel room. This is my home, and therefore I am looking for a responsible and well-behaved tenant who appreciates the apartment as much as I do. The rent includes broadband and insurance, and it is furnished.
