1 room apartment in Stockholm

I am renting out my apartment near Mariatorget during the summer. It is located in Mariahöjden, close to many cafés, restaurants, and galleries. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the nearest subway station, from there it is a 5-minute ride to the Central Station. The apartment consists of one large room that serves as both living room and bedroom, as well as a smaller kitchen. The rent includes electricity, gas (there is a gas stove in the kitchen), and heating. No pets or smoking allowed. Service fee for the tenant: 624
