Renting out my apartment in Katarina/Sofia, on Katarina Bangatan. The apartment has a large window with lovely light. The apartment is 33 sqm; in the building association we have a large roof terrace that is available to everyone year-round. Just a stone's throw away you'll find lots of nice cafés and well-frequented restaurants. Good transport links: bus stop 76 is on the other side of the street from the building, alternatively Skanstull metro. Preferably the tenant is a responsible and calm person. The rental period starts by agreement....
