Renting out the apartment because I am moving in with my partner. The apartment is in excellent condition, as I moved in when it was newly built. The rent includes electricity, Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and furnishings, which can be left behind as needed. One-room apartment with a south-facing window, close to the city center and a bus stop with frequent departures. Of which tenant service fee: SEK 535/month (included in the rent above)
