1 room apartment in Östersund

Hello, from January/February I am renting out my apartment on Frösön which is 40.5 sqm with a balcony. The apartment is partly furnished with a sofa, bed, and table. I will charge a rent of 6,800 SEK; the rent includes electricity, water and fiber internet as well as a small food cellar. The laundry room is in the same building one floor down. Here are some pictures from when I lived in the apartment 4 years ago; please note that the apartment is empty except for the furniture mentioned above. I live in Uppsala.
