This is one of seven newly built attic apartments on Söder in Örebro, with move-in on April 1, 2026. The attic apartments feature interior fittings and surface finishes with a more modern expression, but as much as possible of the attic’s beams and muntin windows are retained to give character to a typical attic apartment.
