Hello, renting out my 1-room apartment of 40 sqm located in central Morgongåva, 25 minutes by train to Uppsala. About 400–500 m to the train station, ICA and the gym. About 700 m to the bus. The tenant must be approved by the housing association but after that immediate move-in is possible. The apartment is only furnished with a wardrobe, but the hallway unit in the picture and the desk (Micke from IKEA) can also be left if desired.
