1 room apartment in Malmo

I am renting out my 31-square-meter one-bedroom apartment on Sturegatan, in the central yet quiet Rörsjöstaden area, due to work in another location. It is rented furnished (see photos). The rent is SEK 5,400. First, I would like to see whether there is interest in renting it only during October and November. If not, I may rent it out from October until late winter 2027.
