1 room apartment in Malmo

I will start studying in another city this fall and am renting out my furnished apartment in Malmö. It is a one-room apartment of 26 sqm and the rent is 5590 SEK/month + electricity, broadband billed separately (average cost) and a one-month deposit which you will get back when you move out. The apartment is available from September 1st but moving in depends on MKB's processing time, which is between 6-8 weeks. Does this sound interesting?
