Hello! Since I am going on an exchange semester to Australia, I am subletting my apartment from July 12 to January 10, but I can be flexible with the dates. Because it is a student apartment, rent is free in July & August, and you must be a student, i.e., you need to be able to show a certificate of enrollment.
