1 room apartment in Malmö

I'm renting out my one-room apartment in the summer city of Malmö during the summer of 2026. I'm a student and will be moving back home during that period. It can be rented furnished with a bed, table, chairs and a kitchen island if desired. The rent is 4,000 per month. There are good transport connections to most places — 10 minutes by bike to Möllan and 10 minutes to Hyllie. You only need to be approved by the housing association in order to rent.
