I will need to rent out my furnished, bright one-room apartment (studio) in Hyllie with a dishwasher and a combined washer/dryer. The apartment is 32.5 m². Rent: 7,400 SEK/month including heating, broadband, electricity and water. Because I'm renting it out for a short period, I can reduce the rent to 6,000 SEK. Rental period: March & April.
