I am a single mother who lives with my cat. I speak Spanish and a little Swedish. I rent out a room (14 sq m) in a three-room apartment. The apartment has good bus and train connections and is 10 minutes from the city center. I rent to female students for short stays. All bills (electricity, water, internet) are included in the rent.
