Only a 1-minute walk to the bus stop and a 1-minute walk to the square where there is a library, pharmacy, ICA, a hair salon and a bakery. By bus it takes about 7 minutes to Hyllie station. The apartment is available from 2 February 2026 and is rented furnished. The rent includes electricity, internet and hot water. Rent: 6,500 SEK/month. I am looking for a non-smoking tenant, preferably without pets.
