ROOMMATE WANTED We are a family of two adults and a six-year-old child. We are looking for a lodger. The apartment has three bedrooms and we use two of them, so we want to rent out the third room. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. The room is in Gullvik in a fenced, clean and pleasant condominium area. Close to a bus stop, an ICA supermarket and a pizzeria. The rent includes electricity, water, internet and heating. There is also access to a small gym and a pleasant sauna completely free of charge. Service fee for tenant: 247
