1 room apartment in Lund

The guest house we rent out is new and was built in 2018 but was completed as a guest house in January 2020. We who live in the house next door are a family of five: Linn and Per Henrik and our three children, aged 16, 14 and 9. The guest house is 25 sqm and fully equipped with a kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker) and a bathroom. We rent out the house fully furnished.
