Hello! I am looking to rent out a room in a fresh, newly renovated 3-room apartment in Ryd, right next to the university, with move-in on August 1st, rent 4900 SEK. There are nice amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. You will, of course, have access to all common areas.
