1 room apartment in Kristianstad

Hi! Since I'm planning to try living together, I'm renting out my apartment as a sublet. It can be rented unfurnished except for shelves and wardrobes, or alternatively partly furnished. The rent is 6500 SEK/month (warm rent). Parking for a smaller car in the garage is also included. There are solar panels on the building, so the electricity is cheap.
