This apartment is located in a charming building with a lot of history in the middle of the Old Town in Kalmar. The Old Town is located west of Kalmar Castle. This area was Kalmar’s medieval centre during the period from the 13th to the 17th century. In 1647 large parts of the area were destroyed by a fire and a new town centre was gradually rebuilt on Kvarnholmen.
