1 room apartment in Kalix

Sländan is located in the Näsby area, about 3 kilometers outside Kalix town centre. The area was built during 1969–1970. The three-storey buildings contain apartments ranging in size from one to three rooms plus a kitchen. The buildings do not have elevator access. Several laundry rooms with modern equipment are available partly in the basement and partly in a separate building. A sauna is available on the premises. The outdoor environment is child-friendly, with open courtyards featuring barbecue areas and playgrounds for the children.
