1 room apartment in Jordbro

I am renting out a room in my nice, fresh apartment in Jordbro, which is a 5–6 minute walk to the commuter train station. The room is 18 square meters and is rented unfurnished. We share the bathroom and the kitchen, which is fully equipped. I am looking for a CLEAN, orderly and calm person with a steady income. The rent is 4500 SEK per month.
