Hello, I am renting out the apartment in Barkabystaden, from May and onwards. The apartment is 25 sqm including the kitchen, washing machine, and dishwasher. The rent is for a furnished apartment with the bed included. Very quiet area and well connected with public transport, the bus towards Akalla or Barkaby station. The rent is approximately 7739 SEK plus additional side costs, maximum 8500 SEK per month. Service fee for the tenant: 460 SEK
