1 room apartment in Järfälla

I live in a very nice three-room apartment in the heart of Jakobsberg. Newly renovated kitchen, freshly painted and an overall renovation of the remaining parts. I intend to rent out a room as I am not in the apartment very much. I commute between other cities for work. Good access to public transport, such as the commuter train and buses, only 2–3 minutes from the apartment. There is also a shopping center a stone's throw away, so good connections there as well. I look forward to renting out part of the apartment to a responsible person....
