1 room apartment in Höllviken

I am renting out the largest room in my newly built five-room apartment of 118 sqm. The room is the most secluded, located right by the entrance, and has its own bathroom with a shower just outside in the hallway. The apartment is in the popular and central Mariastugan building in Höllviken, with access to a fantastic terrace of about 25 sqm, a nice shared garden/courtyard and a pool.
