1 room apartment in Helsingborg

I live in an apartment and rent out a room. The room has a bed, wardrobe, shelf and a desk with a chair. We share the kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a small outdoor patio with a wooden deck and lawn. Parking is available outside. Close to a gas station, a pizzeria, grocery stores, several bus stops and Ramlösa station where the train to Hbg C takes 3 minutes. The beach is within a 15-minute walk. Electricity and Wi-Fi are included. I am a 45-year-old woman who lives with my 11-year-old son and three cats.
