I am renting out my apartment because of a job in another city. The apartment is a renovated 1-room apartment on the ground floor. Fully tiled bathroom with shower. Glass-enclosed balcony. The apartment is clean and well-maintained and is preferably rented to a responsible person, maximum two people. The rent includes electricity, heating, water and internet. Price: 9000 kr per month (1 month's deposit). Service fee for tenant: 535 kr.
