1 room apartment in Gothenburg

Room in a centrally located apartment, with a tram stop nearby. The kitchen, bathroom, living room and balcony are shared with me. The room is furnished and has a spacious 120 cm-wide bed. There is a grocery store (Hemköp) in the same building. I’m looking for a female lodger, preferably an international student. Speaking Spanish would be a bonus, but others are welcome too. A reference is available from my previous lodger. Of which the tenant service fee is SEK 327/month (included in the rent above).
