Cooperative tenancy for young adults aged 18–35. Please note that the tenant pays an occupancy (entrance) fee and a membership fee. The occupancy fee amounts to SEK 194,900. The membership fee amounts to SEK 100. Membership ends when the rental agreement ends. Repayment of the occupancy and membership fees in connection with termination is governed by the association’s bylaws, which the tenant will review before signing the contract.
