Hi I am renting out my newly built studio in Partille on an annual basis (1 year at a time), as I will be located elsewhere during my parental leave. Rent & costs: • Cold rent: 6,447 SEK/month • Electricity and hot water are extra • Garage space 1,213 SEK/month • Deposit: 1 month’s rent (returned at move-out if everything is in good condition) Termination: The notice period is 3 months from both parties.
