1 room apartment in Gothenburg

Renting out the upper floor of my duplex apartment with its own toilet and shower; the area is 20 sqm. I built a wooden box with a lid and insulation for the upstairs to prevent anyone looking in, since we had teenage children up there before. There is a small fridge and microwave up there as well.
