1 room house in Uppsala

We are a family with two children, aged 9 and 6. We are looking for a tenant who wants to rent the rental part of our house in Valsätra. This includes a combined kitchen and laundry room, a private toilet and a shower, all located in the basement. As a tenant you will have access to your own entrance and a small hallway on the basement level. We will occasionally pass through the hallway as we sometimes use other parts of the basement.
