1 room house in Umeå

I’m renting out my lovely villa in Ratan, by the sea about 30 minutes north of Umeå, from November to April. It’s a modern single-storey house of around 100 square metres, with underfloor heating and a tiled stove. Rent is SEK 6,800 per month, plus electricity. The house is furnished, though this is negotiable, as are the exact dates. Get in touch via Messenger if you’re genuinely interested and a responsible tenant.
