Note! Only female tenants and a cat live in the house. The townhouse was completely renovated from the ground up in 2018. The room for rent is on the upper floor, which also has a shower and toilet. The room is furnished, but we are flexible if you have your own furniture. You also have full access to the kitchen and its equipment. Free street parking is available in the area.
