1 room house in Sollentuna

My parents are renting out a room in their house in Sollentuna, 20-30 min by pendeltåg to Stockholm city centre. 5 min by bus to Kista & Sollentuna centrum or 10 min walk. The room is 20sqm & on the upper floor of the house. The room is for one person only, you should either be a student or have job. Rent is 6000kr /month Included in the rent: Electricity WiFi Water Linnen & essentials Access to kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry, balcony, outdoor area.
