Hello! I am renting out a room on the upper floor of my townhouse. Large bathroom with a jacuzzi that I rarely use. On the upper floor there are only the bedroom and bathroom = calm and quiet. No extra expenses are added beyond the rent. Electricity, Wi‑Fi, Internet etc. are included.
